As you can see, I added "military" in the subject subtitle. This in order to also be able to show some military videos on occasion. I'm sure you'll like it too !
In this first vidéo, amazing video indeed, don't miss this extraordinary landing of a Hawker Harrier witch lost its front landing gear ! The solution was simple: put a support on the deck and let the pilot manage to put his nose on it ! Crazy ! Action beginning at 1'42" with the pilot's interview.
Have a nice day.

Morning Angels.
Today, another nostalgia sequence but don't move, I do the job.
We'll talk about the Douglas DC3 "Dakota", a legendary aircraft which was built in more than 13,000 copies. The military version was called C47.
For those who don't know, this is a DC3.
Engines ? Two Pratt & Whitney R-2000 Twin Wasp S1C3G, full power approximately 2300 HP !
Anyone who has ever heard a DC3 flying has retained the magnificent sound of this aircraft in their ears. It was like this:
As you can see, the pilots could not see much during taxiing !
In this vidéo, you can see how it was in the cabin for the passengers. The video is set on the desired vue.
What a difference comparated with an A380 ! Like a sardin in a box !
Well, now the flight deck. How was the panels ?
Start from cold and dark.
And now, we'll fly onboard a DC3 Dakota !
Have a nice fly !

2- Atlanta.
3- Edinburgh.
4 - Lesson !
5 - Just for fun now !
6 - And more funny !
Stay serious captains !

Good morning Angels and happy sunday in the fog.
Back to military planes. As you probably know, the F16 of the Belgian Air Force (BAF) will be replaced by the fabulous F35. Many are saying bad things about it and blaming this plane for all the evils of the Earth (and the sky), let's see what it really is.
At first a little show with cockpit view inside.
Now, a big examination of this plane.
Conclusion ? Very expansiv but this plane is better! And it even takes off from an aircraft carrier!
Now, Belgium will be able to buy an aircraft carrier to protect the Lake from the Eau d'Heure.
Seriously, as much as I love this plane, I don't think little Belgium needed to spend that much money to replace the F16. The F18 was much more interesting. Obviously, the more money you have to take out of the coffers, the more you can divert ...
Please Captains, don't try to do that with your A380 !
Have a nice day.

One of the most famous plane of the world was a fighter named "Spitfire", I'm sure you know it. How it was onboard ? How was the cockpit ? How she started ?
Answers in video.
The cockpit.
Start engine.
Short flight.
And there is the "caviar", 19 minutes inside the Supermarine Spitfire MK IX.
Please don't touch the fire button, I'm not sure it's empty...
Have a nice day.
